DEATH BY DUMBBELLS
This program includes eight weeks of full-body workouts, with each day focusing on different muscle groups. This guide is composed of a five day split- two lower body workouts, a push workout, a pull workout, and one full upper-body day, with two rest days. The goal of this program is to increase your muscular endurance, while also allowing you to feel more comfortable in a fitness environment.
This program is geared towards beginners or those who may not feel comfortable at a gym. You can complete this guide at home or the gym. You may access your workout plan, track your progress, and more all through the True Coach app.
