IN-HOME TRAINING

WHO'S IT FOR?

In-home training eliminates the nerves that a gym environment can bring and offers workouts in the comfort of your own home with that same hands-on approach. In-home training is designed to make clients feel comfortable and confident in the security of their own home while also allowing them to reach their goals. If you are finally ready to commit to transforming your life, in-home training is the answer for you!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

ASSESSMENTS: Your first training session will include an hour of assessments. Together, we will complete static, movement, and mobility assessments so that I can get a read on your body and discover if there are any potential muscle imbalances, lengthened and/or shortened muscles, or any other areas that may need to be addressed in your training protocol. This allows for workouts to be 100% individualized.

TRANSFORMATION ROADMAP: Here, we will sit down & figure out your goals so that we can create your pathway for success. We will continue to revisit & revise this during out time together.

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING: There are too many "cookie cutter" or "one-size-fits-all" programming. At YouAre | Well, we are not about that. We see that every single person is different  & requires a training program that reflects that.

NUTRITION COACHING: You cannot out-train a bad diet, but we also don't need to follow fad diets, cut out our favorite foods, or find "quick fixes." We believe that the easiest way to ensure your nutrition optimizes your gains is through macro counting. We will assign you your personal macros, as well as discuss the science behind them & WHY they work.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS: Every week, I will provide feedback via video check-ins and together we will communicate the things we enjoy, need to modify, & other comments or concerns that we may need to address. This also will allow for that coach/client relationship to strengthen!

 

UNLIMITED SUPPORT & ENCOURAGEMENT: A coach is so much more than someone who gives you the tools to succeed. They are there to help motivate you, give you tough love, & push you. YouAre | Well wants to celebrate your successes with you & help pick you up during the losses. We are in this together!

  • What if I'm interested but not ready to make a financial commitment?
    That is 100% okay! You should think about a decision like this because it is an investment. But the thing about investments is that you will continue to reap the benefits years after the initial transaction. With that being said, I do understand both the financial and time investment that is required for personal training. Because of this, I offer any potential clients a free consultation. This can be as simple as a phone or FaceTime call or if you live locally, we can meet up and discuss your goals in greater detail to see if we are a good fit for each other!
  • I've never worked out before. Will we be a good fit?
    I have worked with people from all different fitness backgrounds- from those who have never touched a dumbbell in their lives to those who are gym pros and have specific performance goals. No matter the amount of years you have been training, I feel confident that I can work with you and help you develop not only discipline but a true love for fitness. I believe in a "no judgement" approach. We all start at chapter 1 at some point, and that is okay!
  • Do you offer in-person training?
    If you live within a 15-20 mile radius from me and workout from home, I am willing to have in-person training sessions with you at an adjusted rate! We can plan the amount of days we plan to train together and negotiate a price from there.
  • How long does it take to see results?
    It depends. In terms of outlook and energy, I would argue that you will begin to feel healthier and happier in a matter of weeks. Once we prioritize our health and wellness, a transformation quickly begins to take place. When it comes to physical goals, like losing weight or putting on muscle, if you are adhering to the program and putting in the work, you will first begin to notice real physical changes at around the 5-6 week mark. This still is dependent upon where you begin and what your goals are. It is important to know that to see those long-term results that we want TAKES TIME. From 6 months to years, building muscle is not a fast process. That is why I do not offer a training commitment for less than 3 months because I want my clients to see the results that they want.
  • How do payments work?
    We have a few payment plans that you have the option to choose from: 1. Pay it all upfront: You will be charged one lump sum the day you sign up to train with me. You will receive an invoice via A People Brand that can be paid online. 2. Pay it in 2 blocks: You will be charged on the day you sign up and again once you reach the halfway point of your program. You will receive an invoice via A People Brand that can be paid online. 3. Pay monthly: You will be charged monthly from the day that you sign up to train with me until the day your program ends. You will receive an invoice via A People Brand that can be paid online.
